Privacy Policy

FitAF Performance LLC (“FitAF,” “we,” “us”) operates the FitAF Peptide Suite app and website (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is an educational dosing and tracking tool — not medical advice.

Information we collect

Account info — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Google.
Optional phone number — only if you choose to opt in to text reminders/offers (unchecked by default).
Protocol & dosing data you enter — the peptides, doses, schedules, check-ins, and vials you add. This is stored on your device and, if you turn on reminders, a minimal snapshot is synced to our servers so we can send your reminders.
Reminder/push data — a notification subscription token and your time zone, used only to deliver the reminders you enable.
Usage data — basic, standard technical data (e.g., app/device type) needed to run and secure the Service.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the Service is intended for adults only.

How we use it

To provide the calculator, protocol designer, schedule, library, and reminders.
To send the dose, reorder, check-in, and re-run reminders you turn on.
To send marketing email/SMS only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under their own privacy terms:

Supabase — accounts/authentication and reminder data.
Shopify — our email/SMS marketing list (if you opt in) and store.
Cloudflare — app hosting and delivery.
Google — “Sign in with Google” (if you use it).
Apple / Google / browser push services — to deliver notifications you enable.

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing & communications

If you opt in, we may send wellness/product emails or texts (about ~4/month). Unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any text, to opt out. Message & data rates may apply.

Your choices & rights

Delete your account & data — in the app, go to Settings → Delete my account, or email us. This permanently removes your account, reminder data, and subscriptions.
Turn off reminders any time from the app or your device settings.
Access / correct your information — contact us and we’ll help.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account (or on request). We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method is 100% secure.

FitAF Peptide Suite is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always follow the protocol issued by your licensed provider. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or prescribes.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
